The prices on this page are for a week-long, self-catering, stay at Travers from Saturday to Saturday beginning on the date shown. There may be flexibility around Christmas/New Year dates to suit your plans. Please call or email to discuss.

At off-peak periods in January-March and November-December (excluding school half term), long weekends are available at 70% of the cost of the full week.

We will hold your booking for a calendar week to allow time for your deposit cheque to reach us. We ask for a deposit of 25% of the total rental price at the time of booking.

The balance is due no later than 30 days prior to your arrival - at the same time, we ask for a deposit of £150 to cover the cost of any unforeseen damage. This damage deposit will be returned, less any costs of damage, within two weeks of vacating the house at the end of your stay.

Our Terms

All bookings are from Saturday to Saturday. Guests may arrive at any time after 3.00pm on day of arrival, and must vacate the house by 10.00 am on day of departure.

We ask our guests to take care of the property and to leave everything in the ship-shape condition that they found it.

We will not be responsible for injury or accidents incurred by guests or third parties, or loss or damage to their possessions.

We reserve the right to have our representative enter the premises during the let, if necessary, to carry out any emergency repairs.

No more than seven people, including children, may occupy the house at any time.

We do not provide bed linen or towels.

We regret that no pets and no smoking are allowed.
